Breathe in

Take a breath through your nose, slowly. 10 second-long inhale, hold for 5 seconds.

Eyebrows, shoulders, jaw

While holding your breath, make sure your shoulders are relaxed, your jaw is not tense, and your eyebrows are down.

Breathe out

Your exhale should last 10 seconds. Afterwards, repeat the steps at least 4 times – you will feel your anxiety lowering.
